How long does it take for my ordered items to reach me?

The estimated delivery time is 3 weeks excluding the order processing time which usually does not exceed 2 working days. Kindly allow a grace period of an additional 30 days if the shipment gets delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions/natural calamities.

How do I track my Order?

Once you have placed your order on our web store and have made the payment for the same, we will process your order. We will then send you a tracking number once the item has been shipped. You will also receive e-mail updates about the status of your order.

Is there an Express Shipping Option?

Unfortunately we do not offer any express shipping options since we provide free worldwide shipping.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We do not encourage nor entertain any change in the shipping address once the payment has been made and after a confirmation receipt. If you haven’t yet made the payment, then you can cancel that order and start a fresh order and give the desired shipping address. If you still want to change your shipping address, you will have to send us an email contact@nomadeyes.com about the same clearly mentioning the correct shipping address with your order number. We will check with our suppliers and can give you a confirmation about it only if they haven’t shipped it from their location. If they have already shipped the item before receiving the e-mail, then unfortunately there is nothing more than we can do to help you. You just need to be more cautious before typing out the shipping details for your future orders.

What if I am not satisfied with the product/ ordered a wrong item?

We accept only New and Unused products. If you are not satisfied with the product after opening the package , you can send us an e-mail to contact@nomadeyes.com and request for a replacement/refund for the same. The reason for your return/refund must be clearly mentioned. If the reasons stated are valid/justifiable we will work on providing you either with a replacement or a refund for the same at the earliest. We can not give a specific timeframe for the refund to reach you though. In case of returns, we will communicate to you about the address where you need to send your package to. If you had ordered a wrong item, we would be happy to assist you provided you return the item in a new and unused state. Try and retain the original packaging.

Do I have to pay any custom fee?

Yes, if at all your country asks for it. Please be aware of your country’s customs and tax policies before placing an order at our store. Kindly understand that it is solely the buyer’s responsibility to clear any detained items from the customs office if they decide to hold it. Also, different countries have different tax rules on a variety of imported goods. So it is the buyer’s duty to pay any custom fee that may be levied upon delivery of an item. Some countries do not charge any fee, so please check with your regional office before buying from us.
